Growth Mindset: Getting Fit
In my life, it is a daily struggle to keep up with fitness. I really love reading, watching movies, and sketching. All of these require very little movement. During this semester, I have been working hard to get better at my personal fitness. I took a pilates class twice a week and started from there. I increased my time at the rock climbing gym, as well. I went from going once a month to once a week, to almost once a day. I can tell I am already feeling so much better.
It has been a big battle, but I set my mind to growing in my personal health and I feel like I am achieving that. My next challenge is to attempt to get into running.
